Our head chef and his experienced team will take great care of your culinary needs. We place particular emphasis on traditional yet creative cuisine, focusing on authentic flavours and high-quality preparation. We use only the finest ingredients for our dishes: meat and vegetables are sourced from local farms and refined with fresh herbs from our own garden.

In the morning, you can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet featuring fresh bread, homemade jams, alpine butter, fresh fruit, coffee and freshly squeezed juices. In the evening, you can look forward to a choice of menus accompanied by a varied salad buffet. On Sundays, a special candlelit gala dinner awaits you.
During the warmer months, you are invited to relax on our terrace, and in autumn, you can experience the traditional Törggelen with us – a real highlight of the season.
